Refunds and returns


We always want you to be delighted with your purchases from beauty & the bib. We believe in quality - and we won't be happy until you are. So if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply return them and we'll either exchange them, or give you your money back.

All we ask is that the returned goods are returned to beauty & the bib within 21 days of your receipt of them and are in the condition they were sent out in (unless the reason of your return is that the item is defective). For your own peace of mind, please obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your cost of returning the goods to us unless they are damaged or faulty. 


Refunds are processed within 14 days.


Our Privacy Policy


This Policy explains how we use any personal information you provide to Beauty and the bib when you deal with us. Beauty and the bib respects your rights and only holds information that is in accordance to the relevant regulations.

The personal information we collect when you place your order:

- Billing Customer's full name

- Billing Customer's address (Street, City, State, Country and Zip Code)

- Delivery Customer's full name

- Delivery Customer's address (Street, City, State, Country and Zip Code)

- Buyer's phone number (this is optional)

- Buyer's email address

- The method you used to purchase your order (our payment processor 'Worldpay' or PayPal)

Why we need this information:

- We need the information above to be able to take the payment for your order and get it delivered to the right recipient at the right address

- The email address provided would only be used to contact the buyer if there are any issues in fulfilling the order

- We may also use the information provided to analyse customer spending (to identify repeat custom).

We only send our newsletter to customers that have willingly 'Subscribed' to it (this would have been done by entering an email in the field at the bottom of our website pages ('Subscribe for Updates') or after consenting to be sent it in our Flagship store.

If a customer is no longer interested in our services or simply no longer wishes to receive the newsletter, there is an 'Unsubscribe' button at the bottom of the newsletter. The customer can also email with their request to unsubscribe. 

There are buttons at the bottom of the newsletter to see why Beauty and the bib sent a newsletter to the customer or for the customer to update their subscription preferences.
